Run your NDIS business from one place.
Hub is an assistant that works across ShiftCare, Xero, Gmail and your socials. It drafts the invoices, checks the timesheets, files the plans and chases the forms. Then it shows you exactly what it’s about to do, and waits for your yes.
Morning, Amira
Sample data. Riverbend Care is a demo business.
What Hub has done by 8am.
The busywork of running a provider happens overnight. You walk in to a short list of decisions, each one with the context to make it.
See it in the live demoAn example morning, with sample data.
Everyone sees their part. Nobody sees the rest.
People pick their role when they join, and the owner approves it. Each role gets its own home, its own tasks and only the tools it needs.
Owners
The whole business on one screen.
- A 30-second weekly briefing
- Pay workers and bills, one or all at once
- Invoices drafted from the roster
- Approve who sees what
Operations
Today’s problems first.
- Vacant shifts, with who’s free and who knows the client
- New plans read and compared
- Onboarding packs and consent forms chased
- Expiring worker checks flagged early
Marketing & sales
Referrals, partners and posts.
- Referral numbers without a spreadsheet
- Replies drafted for group posts asking for help
- Next week’s posts approved in one go
- Partners who’ve gone quiet
Support workers
Their own shifts. Nothing else.
- Who they’re seeing and what to know first
- Travel and parking added to the right shift
- What they’ll be paid, and when
- Certificates uploaded from their phone
The jobs that eat your week, handled properly.
Pay one worker, the ones you tick, or everyone who’s ready.
Hours come from ShiftCare timesheets and rates from each worker’s profile. Anything that doesn’t match the roster is held back with the reason, so you’re never paying blind.
- Mismatched hours and changed bank details flagged before you pay
- A code from your phone for every payment
- Xero updated and remittances sent once it’s done

Invoices drafted from the roster, not from memory.
Every week Hub drafts invoices from the shifts that actually happened, then holds back anything a person should look at first. Nothing goes to a plan manager until you approve it in Xero.
- Missing rates and weekend loadings caught before they’re billed
- Low budgets flagged before you invoice against them
- Drafts only, every time

Every task comes with the why.
Open a task and you see the email it came from, the facts that matter and what’s already happened. Two suggested buttons cover most cases. If neither is right, tell the assistant what to do instead.
- Incident reports, new plans, onboarding, renewals
- The source email or document, right there
- Reply in your own words when the buttons don’t fit
6:48am · “Please find Mei’s new plan attached. It starts on 1 November.”
Built for the car park, not just the office.
Support workers add travel and parking to the right shift in a few taps, or just say it: “drove Mei to the pool, 18 k’s, six bucks parking.” A photo of the receipt goes with it.
- Kilometres turned into dollars at your rate
- Expenses can’t be added to shifts that haven’t started
- Your manager approves, then it’s paid with wages
It does the work. You make the calls.
We built Hub to run our own NDIS business first.
The Health & Well-being Hub is a registered NDIS provider in Logan Central, founded by Kholoud Abdalla. We do support coordination, daily living, community participation and therapy. Every part of Hub started as a job one of us was doing by hand, late, after a full day with participants.
So it’s built for how providers actually work: rosters that change at 7am, plans that arrive by email, invoices that can’t be wrong, and a team that speaks more than one language.
Our storyDo we have to stop using ShiftCare or Xero?
No. Hub works on top of the tools you already have. Rosters stay in ShiftCare, accounts stay in Xero, email stays in Gmail. Hub reads from them, prepares the work, and writes back only after you say yes.
Can the assistant pay people or send emails on its own?
No. Anything that pays, sends, schedules or changes a record is read back to you first, line by line, with Yes and No buttons. Payments also need a code from your phone. Everything it does goes in the activity log.
What can our support workers see?
Only their own shifts, the details they need for the people on those shifts, their expenses and their documents. They never see other workers, the money side, or the rest of your participants.
Does it give advice about NDIS funding?
It can explain general things, like what a plan category usually covers. Anything about a person’s funding, eligibility or what their plan will pay for is flagged for one of your team to check before it goes anywhere.
We use different software. Will it still work?
Tell us what you use. ShiftCare, Xero, Google Workspace and the main social platforms connect directly today. Where there’s no direct link yet, Hub can often work from exports or forwarded emails while we build one.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $149 a month (AUD, ex GST) for small providers, with support workers included rather than charged per login. See the pricing page for every plan.
Is Hub available now?
We’re onboarding providers one at a time so we can set each one up properly. Book a demo and we’ll tell you honestly how well it fits your setup.
See it with your own week in it.
Book a 30-minute call. We’ll show you Hub working on a week like yours, and answer every question about your setup.
